Despite sleeping soundly as a tiny tadpole, Cosmo simply won’t go to bed any more. Why? “BEDTIME IS BORING!” he says. There’s far too much to do (practising karate, writing poems about cheese) and too much to know (“Mummy, why do I only have two eyes?”). And if he does eventually go to sleep, he will jump into his mummy's bed at the exact same time each night, without fail, taking up all the mattress and croaking loudly until morning. Will he ever go to sleep in good time? And stay in his own bed? Will his mummy ever sleep again?
