This is a wonderful book to help with feelings of worry, nervousness, fear, whatever might be weighing on your mind and how talking to someone you trust can help. A perfect balance of discussing difficult feelings with a light-hearted story. And with tips at the back for mindfulness techniques that are easy to follow this is also a great tool to keep on hand for whenever those feelings might come up. I have recommended this book to everyone!
